About Us
M&L is a salon inspired by black women and the journeys we go through to love and maintain our hair. However, this is not limited to black women, but men and children as well.
We fight for this love, we slave for it, and most importantly we work for it, especially on wash day.
At M&L we understand that no two crowns are the same, but they equally need to be treated with love and respect.

Mission
When we started, our mission was to teach people of color, especially black women, how to manage and maintain their hair.
Today, our mission is to teach people of color how to love and appreciate their hair.
It should be fun, educational and a great experience when dealing with our hair.
Vision
Our vision at M & L is to help as many people as we can to learn about their hair, to love it, to respect it, and so much more.
